Yuki

I am a creator-theorist who maps education spaces as ecologies of sense, resistance, and imagination. My artistic methodology is mycelial, dream-derived, and spatially embodied.

Bio-philosophical composer / Interdisciplinary sonic artist

What I make is not theatre as a house, but theatre as mycelial growth.

I do not begin with a story, but with a sensing.

I build systems that allow language, image, sensation and space to reconfigure each other.

My practice grows underground before it blossoms.

Hi! I’m a multifaceted individual with a passion for learning and exploration. As an outdoor enthusiast, you’ll find me hiking, diving, skiing and soon surfing. I’ve cycled in Tibet and love discovering new trails and waterways.

My interests span across arts and culture – I’m deeply passionate about museums, classical music, and literature. I’ve traveled extensively, from the ancient streets of Cairo to the remote islands of Galapagos, always seeking authentic local experiences and meaningful connections.

Academically inclined and naturally curious, I enjoy deep conversations about history, psychology, and social sciences. I’m particularly drawn to philosophy, with influences from Goethe, Jung, and Lao Tzu. My creative pursuits include caligraphy, and various forms of movement arts.

Looking ahead, I’m working towards a career combining academia with entrepreneurial projects. I value authentic connections that are intellectually stimulating and adventure-friendly.

My spiritual homes are scattered across the globe – Chengdu, Lhasa, Iceland, France, and Japan, and of course my actual hometown: Changde, each contributing to my worldview and personality.

I am a free spirit — an open-hearted mix of contradictions, embracing the harmony between minimalism and maximalism, joy and depth, and old-school charm with a wild streak. My personality is a blend of ancient elegance and untamed natural energy, filled with curiosity, intuition, and a deep sense of purpose. In my world, dreams and action go hand in hand, and I thrive on blending academic rigor with hands-on projects that move society forward.
